Right after the voiceover, Hurricane Karev isn't waiting for the storm, but Owen has the docs getting ready. \u00a0Karev calls McDreamy away - If the jerkwad hit Jo, I hope Karev and McDreamy pack the kind of punch that leaves a lasting impression. \u00a0Uhh Ohhh......... \u00a0it's too late for McDreamy to intervene - Karev already dealt enough blows of his own. \u00a0(You go, Alex!)<\/p>\n

Dear duck - Der's in emergency surgery on Ethan's Dad when Mer falls on the stairs. \u00a0He leaves it in the hands of the intern. \u00a0He had to go, of course - HAD TO - but it can't bode well for Ethan's PaPa. \u00a0Course, we all knew Ethan's Dad was a goner. \u00a0He has to die so that Owen and Cristina have to deal with that \"A\" word.<\/p>\n

And Alex is trying to talk the beaten Doc out of calling the cops. \u00a0Alex is being smart. \u00a0Threatening the Doc with who Alex's friends are.......... \u00a0No, Alex's friends don't like a guy who'll hit a girl. \u00a0It's the new Denny and the LVAD... But McDreamy overhears. \u00a0By the Book McDreamy - the cop's kid.......<\/p>\n
And Webber calls Bailey on the carpet for avoiding the OR.... \u00a0Good. \u00a0We need the Nazi back.<\/p>\n
And then Mer goes to answer Owen's \"A\" question about Zola. \u00a0And Owen tells Mer all his feelings for Ethan - all the ones he should be telling Cristina. \u00a0But Owen thinks Cristina won't get it. \u00a0And Ethan's Dad wakes up --- so Owen is sad. \u00a0Very, very sad. \u00a0Cristina doesn't get it.........<\/p>\n
I'm still wondering if Ethan's Dad will actually make it.<\/p>\n
And, yeah, I'm still worried about the McNugget.....<\/p>\n
The storm is rolling in...... And the paramedic has to speak with Jackson. He tells Jackson that Owen was in on it. \u00a0Will Jackson tell April? \u00a0Do bees bee? \u00a0Do birds bird?<\/p>\n
And, yeah, Mer tells Cristina about the \"A\" conversation with Owen...... \u00a0And the power is flickering as Arizona shows hot doc the on call room. \u00a0It had to be, right? \u00a0No, girl. \u00a0Don't do it. \u00a0Another flicker. \u00a0And a kiss...... \u00a0Arizona gives the right answer..... \u00a0but the hot doc talks her into being bad...... \u00a0And sometimes I like bad...... \u00a0But I like Callie more.<\/p>\n
Alex yells at Jo and she doesn't understand it means that he cares...... \u00a0And they almost have their moment until... A tree falls right in the den........<\/p>\n
Callie is looking for Arizona.......... \u00a0and Mer's water breaks........ \u00a0It's too early........<\/p>\n
But sometimes, McNuggets arrive early, right?? But the preview doesn't look good. \u00a0A C Section in the dark? \u00a0An explosion -- and Mer's voice asking why the baby isn't breathing........and McDreamy trying to look calm with a horrified expression on his face?<\/p>\n
