This week USA Today's <a href=\"http:\/\/books.usatoday.com\/happyeverafter\/post\/2011-10-21\/whats-your-all-time-favorite-romance-novel\/556533\/1\" target=\"_blank\">HEA Blog<\/a>\u00a0was hanging out at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.romanceatrandom.com\/welcome-hea-joyce-lamb-team-giveaway\/\" target=\"_blank\">Romance at Random site <\/a>and asking readers to name their favorite romance novel.<\/p>\n<p>The responses are interesting. Go check 'em out and add your own faves to the list.\u00a0 I couldn't pick just one so I didn't comment.\u00a0 Also, I'm not in a real social mood - does that ever hit y'all?\u00a0 Anyway, mine would be a tie between Kathleen Woodiwiss' \"The Flame And The Flower\" and Johanna Lindsey's entire Malory series, especially \"Gentle Rogue.\"<\/p>\n<p>Like I mentioned earlier, my mood and my muse are sort of in a funk right now.\u00a0 So I don't feel especially bloggy either.\u00a0 Hopefully, I'll recuperate.\u00a0 So for now, I'll leave you with the new list to check and my link from the list I found last week.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Why is everyone thinking about our all time favorite romances right now?\u00a0 I'm not sure.\u00a0 Maybe, we're all trying to work up some holiday spirit.\u00a0 Maybe, we all need a strong dose of Happily Ever After to combat the economy that\u00a0seems to get worse and worse. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Or maybe - great minds and demented minds actually think alike.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last\u00a0week I linked to The Romance Reader's list of the Top 100 romance novels - as voted by readers.
